New Mobile Liquor Cart Debuts in Clermont

It’ll take your next party to a whole new level.
Bourbon & Bubbles LLC stepped onto the scene last month, and it’s all the buzz.
Owners Holly Rhoda and Rob Nichols launched the mobile full-liquor bar at the turn of the New Year. They are licensed to set up anywhere in Florida, serving beer, wine, champagne and spirits. You can book it as a bar package or as a cash bar.
Clermont was privy to one of their first events! Bourbon & Bubbles served thirsty guests at the Retail & Rosé event at McKenley Rae boutique in downtown Clermont.27459582_2306659849560538_6421568977930948687_n
“We are talking to the City of Clermont, as well as surrounding towns, in an effort to get involved in their public events,” Holly told Clermont Magazine. “I love Downtown Clermont and I always have. I look forward to participating in many events there.”
As for public events, Holly envisions car shows, motorcycle rallies and swap meets, food truck events, farmer’s markets, block parties and more.
They’re also excited to set up for private celebrations, such as weddings, birthdays, bar mitzvahs, quinceañeras, retirements, family get-togethers, house-warmings and house parties.
“If you can think of it, we want to be there for it!” Holly said.
The engaged couple from Groveland combined their favorite pours to come up with the name. And their signature drink, of course, is called Bourbon and Bubbles.

Beyond their standard liquor options, they enjoy creating signature drinks customized to each event.
Their bar fee includes set up and tear down, in addition to all the mixers, sodas and garnishes. A two-hour event would be a typical minimum, and from that point a client can opt to do cash bar or an open bar package depending on their event type, Holly said.

“The ability to provide a mobile full liquor bar is not an easy task,” Holly told Clermont Magazine. “It required another local business owner to have faith, trust and embrace my vision. A huge ‘thank you’ goes to Dustin and Jamie Lowe at Lake Catherine Farms.”
Holly formerly opened a tanning salon in 2000 in Downtown Clermont, expanded the business and then sold it in 2007 to pursue a career in personal training.

“I am entrepreneurial to the core,” Holly said.
